Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it to us within 14 days providing it is in its original condition and packaging with all labels attached. If you wish to request a refund please email us at mailbox@spryuk.com.

Faulty Items

We aim to quality check all of our items prior to dispatch, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please email us immediately with details of your order and pictures of the faulty item to mailbox@spryuk.com and we will offer a refund or replacement dependent on circumstances and preference.
